Beginner Weight Lifting Tips

 

There are many weight lifters using a lot of varied weight lifting techniques. at the gym you will see many enthusiastic weightlifters willing to tell you all about their special techniques to build muscle.The muscle on this guy tells you that he has plenty of experience so you listen to his advice. What worked for him will probably not work for you. We all have a different genetic makeup and our bodies respond differently to each exercise. You must seek what works great for your body type and learn what exercises your body responds to.

 

After you have tried multiple things to get results the following four tips will be just what you need to get moving in the right direction.

 

Begin with some body weight only exercises. To help your muscles grow you must warm them up and pre-exhaust them. This is a shock and awe approach to weight training. The goal is to make sure we reduce the chance of injury. Begin by doing 3 sets of standard non-elevated pushups and then do close grip pull-ups. The combination of these two exercises will help to get the blood flowing to your upper body and will prepare you for the weight training that will follow. By shocking our muscles we will be getting the best out of our workouts.

Another awesome weight lifting tip is to ensure that you utilize cardio training in your workouts at least three times a week. If you are looking to add lean muscle mass then make sure you don’t forget about your cardio workouts. A great way to increase oxygen and nutrient absorption is to do your cardio: this can’t be overstated. You will be placing a heavy load on your muscles so make sure you do your cardio at the end.

 

Supersets are another fantastic tip to build muscle that will force your muscles into some serious growth.exercising by using supersets is a time tested standard of putting constant stress on the muscle group.Working the same muscles one after the other is an example of super setting.For example you can do lat pulldowns and bent over rows. You are shocking your muscles and adding growth by working these two different parts of your back.You can also superset two different muscle groups such as chest and triceps.

 

In order to get the most out of your post workout is to make sure you are getting enough protein. The most critical time to consume protein is right after you exercise. The first twenty minutes after the workout is the time when your body absorbs the most protein.

Make sure you are consistent and keep in mind that these weight lifting tips will offer you your best chance of success.
